• A tool you wish existed, or a unit we’re missing
• A broken link or display issue on the site, including on the Ships & Seamanship Museum
• A correction to something in the blog or learn articles

What we can’t do

We can’t give you professional navigation, weather, or safety-of-life advice for a specific voyage — the calculators produce general estimates from the numbers you enter, and for anything that affects safety on the water you should rely on official charts, tide tables, and calibrated instruments instead of an email reply from us.

Response time

There’s no support team on call, so we can’t promise a turnaround time. We do read every message; it just may take a while depending on what else is going on.
