The weather is a funny thing. You’re never sure what you’re going to get, which makes it difficult to plan your day. That’s why we created Storm Jib—a simple app that gives you a push notification each morning with the weather information of the day. You can customize how long before your normal wake up time (by default it’s 30 minutes) that you want to receive your notifications so they don’t interfere with sleep. Like what you see? You can customize minutes of your push notifications, by default it will be 30 minutes before your normal wake up time.

You can set it to be anything from 15 to 60 minutes, in case you need a longer nap or something. In case you want to change the settings, just go into the settings menu and tap on “Notifications”. This way you can easily adjust them whenever you want!

Storm jib is available for iOS and Android devices.

To install on an iPhone or iPad, open the App Store and search for “storm jib”. The app will show up in the search results; click Install to download it onto your device.
For Android devices, go to the Google Play Store and search for Storm Jib by clicking on the magnifying glass icon at the top left of your screen and typing “Storm Jib” into Google’s search bar (or simply click here). Search results should appear; click on Storm Jib by Rain Forecast if you see it in those results (if not, try searching again). Click Download next to Storm Jib by Rain Forecast’s name once it appears as one of your options! It may take some time for this step because downloading apps from Google Play takes longer than downloading them from Apple’s App Store due to faster connection speeds with Apple devices generally being able to handle downloads better than most Android phones/tablets can handle them due to their lower processing power compared with Apple products (you can find out more about why this might be true here).
