Introduction

If you love being on the water, then you need to try out some boating holidays. These are vacations where you rent or own a boat and go exploring, but there’s an added bonus: You can stop in at some amazing destinations along the way. In this blog post, we’ll tell you about some of our favorite boating luxury destinations around the world.

Boating in the BVIs

The BVIs are a great place for boating, and they’re also a great place for luxury boating.

So if you’re looking for a luxury boating holiday that combines the best of both worlds—a beautiful destination coupled with great amenities—then these islands are an excellent choice.

Boating around Phuket

The waters around Phuket, Thailand are calm and clear. There are many beautiful beaches and islands that you can visit by boat. Some of them include:

  • Phang Nga Bay
  • Phi Phi Islands
  • Krabi

Tuscany, Italy

Tuscany is an Italian region known for its art, culture and of course its rolling hills. The best time to visit Tuscany is in the spring or summer. There are many historical cities that you can visit such as Florence and Siena which both have amazing museums and historical buildings. Or you could just take a relaxing day trip to Cinque Terre on the coast where you can get some fresh seafood straight from the boats at sea.

If you want to experience true Italian culture then staying in one of many small towns like Pisa or Lucca is best because they are very authentic places that provide great food along with scenic views of mountainsides covered with olive groves.

Southern Turkey and Cyprus

The weather in Southern Turkey and Cyprus is great. In fact, it’s perfect. You can wake up in the morning and feel the sun on your face and know that wherever you’re going, there’s always time to stop by the beach before dinner. The food is also amazing; the local cuisine has a lot of Greek influence but with Turkish flavors as well—it’s delicious! And if someone invites you over for dinner, don’t worry about bringing anything because they’ll have plenty of wine and cheese waiting for everyone when they get home from work!

Plus there are some beautiful beaches around there too: Limassol has some nice beaches where people go swimming during summertime (though we recommend staying out of the water after September). Famagusta is another great place with lots of restaurants overlooking Porta San Paolo Harbor which have incredible views over all those boats bobbing up-and-down like little ducksies in an open sea pond at sundown when everybody brings their children along so they can see how boats float on top

There’s also some history mixed into this mix too—you may even hear stories about how many years ago this place was ruled by Greeks who were forced out by Turks who were then kicked out again later by British colonizers who came from somewhere else entirely different….and now here we are today…

Croatia

Croatia is a great place to explore. From the marina, you can rent a boat and explore the islands. The crystal clear waters of Croatia offer many opportunities for amazing scuba diving experiences. You will find beautiful beaches, friendly locals and great food and wine at every turn.

Greece and Montenegro

Greece and Montenegro are both fantastic countries for boating holidays. Greece has a long history of being a popular destination for boating holidays, with many people choosing to take their own boats out during their stay. The country is also home to several marinas which are accessible by water taxi or ferry, making it easy to get around the country’s islands. Montenegro is equally as beautiful as Greece but less well-known amongst tourists and so offers a more authentic experience than elsewhere on the Adriatic coast. As well as this, there are plenty of great places to go swimming off the coast – including pretty beaches like Sveti Stefan island where you can swim with dolphins!

These boating holidays are great for those who want to be on the water but also want to visit great destinations.

  • Visit many places in one holiday.
  • Explore the local culture.
  • Visit historical sites.
  • See the natural beauty of the area.
  • Relax on the boat and have time to yourself, try different types of cuisine or explore different cuisines in restaurants or bars at night when you are back on land after exploring during the day!

Conclusion

I hope that this blog has given you a good overview of the best boating holidays. If you’re looking for more adventure, check out our other blogs on scuba diving and sailing.
