BENETTI
Benetti is one of the largest yacht builders in the world. Founded in 1873 by Giovanni Benetti, Benetti has built over 1000 yachts since its inception. The company’s headquarters are located in Viareggio, Italy; however, there are Benetti yards around the world including Germany and Croatia.
One of their most popular models is the Motor Yacht Azzurra (pictured above), which was designed by Stefano Natucci and built for Carlo Borlenghi. The Azzurra can accommodate up to 12 guests with six cabins including her master suite complete with a private balcony overlooking either side of this luxury yacht. She also features extensive entertainment systems as well as a barbeque area on deck for entertaining outdoors when weather permits it! The Azzurra has an impressive range thanks largely to her two MTU engines that give her a top speed of 15 knots (17 mph).
BURGESS
If you’ve ever dreamed about owning a yacht, Burgess is for you. This American boat builder produces high-end yachts for the superyacht market and is known for its incredible attention to detail.
Burgess was founded in the United States in 1983 by two brothers, Bob and Ed Burgess. The brand has been producing luxury boats since then, but their main focus has always been on creating beautiful yachts that are more than just a way to get from point A to point B—they’re also works of art!
JONES ACT THE JONES ACT IS A LAW THAT MAKES IT HARDER TO BUY HIGH END YACHTS IN THE UNITED STATES AND HELPS DRIVE DEMAND FOR LUXURY YACHTS IN THAILAND
The Jones Act is a law that makes it harder to buy high end yachts in the United States and helps drive demand for luxury yachts in Thailand.
While you can import a boat into the U.S., it’s expensive, time-consuming and difficult. If you want to ship something like a boat from overseas into America, the best bet is to use an American company with agents in those countries that are close enough for them to be able to handle customs paperwork quickly but not so close that there aren’t other companies who can do it cheaper or faster than they can.
BUDGET ENFORCEMENT BY LAW (SPENDING CAP)
A budget is a spending limit that the government has to follow. The budget enforcement by law (also known as a spending cap) is a type of law that limits the amount of money that can be spent by the government. These laws are also sometimes referred to as balanced budget provisions and they make sure that governments don’t spend more than they take in.
FLORIDA PROPERTY TAXES AND BOAT TAXES
If you’re considering buying a boat, look no further than Florida. Boating is one of the most popular pastimes in the Sunshine State and there are plenty of reasons why.
First, it’s one of the few states that doesn’t charge sales tax on boats or yacht parts. This means you can save money on your purchase while still getting a quality product by shopping local. Second, there’s no property tax on your boat—which means you won’t have to worry about paying an annual bill for as long as you own it!
Finally, Florida has some of the best boating conditions in North America: warm water temperature year-round; calm shallow waters; sandy beaches for docking and anchoring; plenty of marinas for repairs; access to thousands of miles of inland waterways…the list goes on! And if getting out on open water isn’t what floats your boat (pun intended) then consider registering with us instead—no pun intended this time 😉
LUXURY CAR IMPORTS INTO THAILAND ARE DISCOUNTED 35% WITH REGISTRATION TAX BREAKS
If you’re planning on importing a luxury car into Thailand, then now is the time to do it.
According to the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), import duty and registration fees have been reduced by 35% for cars purchased before December 31st, 2018. This means that if you buy a new supercar and ship it over, it will be cheaper than buying a car in Thailand or in Europe!
Additionally, this is one of the best times ever to bring your personal vehicle into Thailand because of the government’s new tax incentives for expats looking to relocate here. The Ministry of Finance recently announced plans to reduce import duties on cars from 45% down to 10%. While this isn’t as good as getting 35% off your importation fee alone (and keeping in mind that other costs like shipping must be factored into your budget), this reduction still makes importing your dream car more affordable than ever before!
