She had always been drawn to the ocean’s power and majesty, and her sailing experiences had instilled in her a deep respect for the sea and its unpredictability.
The Early Years of Sailing
Megan’s love affair with the ocean began when she was just a child. Her parents, both avid sailors, would take her out on their small dinghy, teaching her the basics of sailing and the importance of teamwork. As she grew older, Megan’s passion for sailing only intensified, and she began to compete in local regattas, where she quickly proved herself to be a skilled and fearless sailor.
We also hit 17.3 knots in our first 10 minutes on the water. The boat was very comfortable and quiet. The sound of the engine was very smooth and I would rate it as a 9 out of 10. The boat was very stable and had a lot of clearance under the bridge. The sea was calm and we only experienced a slight ripple in the water. The rudder was easy to use and had a good amount of control. The interior was decorated with a mix of modern and traditional elements and had a lot of natural light. The layout was well-designed and easy to navigate. We had a great view of the water and the surrounding area from the cockpit.
